Merchandise Return Policy

At LULU WALL, we take pride in providing premium-quality wallcoverings. Please inspect all merchandise carefully upon delivery before cutting or installation.

1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No merchandise will be accepted for return without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by LULU WALL.

• RMA requests must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date.
• Authorized merchandise must be received by LULU WALL within 14 days of the RMA issuance date.

2. Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all wallpaper upon receipt.

Please verify:

• Product style and quantity
• Roll sizes
• Color consistency
• Run (dye) numbers
• Any visible defects or shipping damage

Do not cut or install any wallpaper until it has been fully inspected.

Cutting or installing wallpaper constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and waives all claims for visible defects, color variations, or damage.

3. Wallpaper Returns

Wallpaper may only be returned if it is:

• In full-length, uncut factory bolts
• In original unopened factory packaging
• In resalable condition

Claims will not be accepted after wallpaper has been cut or installed.

4. Manufacturing Defects

LULU WALL will replace merchandise confirmed to have a manufacturing defect prior to cutting or installation.

LULU WALL is not responsible for:

• Installation or labor costs
• Removal or reinstallation costs
• Damage caused by improper installation

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Improper wall preparation
• Unneutralized plaster
• Excess adhesive or paste
• Moisture or water damage
• Installation over existing wallcoverings
• Improper installation methods
• Color shading (“hot spots”) resulting from installation conditions

5. Restocking Fee

Returns accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are non-returnable:

• Wallpaper that has been cut or installed
• Single rolls
• Overage quantities
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Special-order products
• Clearance or discontinued merchandise
• Merchandise returned after 14 days

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect or an error by LULU WALL.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
